This policy explains what information the HueHop mobile game (“the App”, “we”, “us”) collects, how it is used, and the rights you have. By installing or using HueHop you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
(a) Information you give us directly
We do not ask you to create an account. We do not ask for your name, email, phone number, photos, contacts, or location.
(b) Information stored only on your device
The App saves small pieces of progress and preferences locally using Unity PlayerPrefs:
- Best score and high-score history
- Selected color skin and unlocked skins
- Sound, music, and vibration preferences
- Current rank and progression
- Whether you have purchased “Remove Ads”
- First-run tutorial completion flag
This data never leaves your device. Uninstalling the App or using “Reset Data” inside Options removes it.
(c) Information collected automatically by third-party services we integrate
The App uses third-party services that may automatically collect technical and advertising-related information. See section 3.
2. How we use information
We use the local data described in 1(b) to:
- Show your best score, rank, and history.
- Remember your sound / music / vibration preferences.
- Keep your purchased “Remove Ads” entitlement so the ads stay off.
- Personalise your in-game appearance via skins.
We do not sell your personal information.
3. Third-party services
(a) Google AdMob — advertising
The App shows banner, interstitial, and rewarded video ads served by Google AdMob (Google LLC). AdMob may collect or process: device advertising identifiers (such as Android Advertising ID / iOS IDFA when available), IP address, device model, operating system version, language, app version, approximate (coarse) location derived from IP, and ad-interaction events. This data is used by Google to deliver and measure ads, prevent fraud, and (for users who consent) personalise ads. For users in regions where required, an in-app consent screen powered by Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) is shown before personalised ads are served.

(b) Google Play Services / Google Play Billing — in-app purchase
When you tap the “Remove Ads” button on a published Android build, the purchase is processed by Google Play Billing. We do not see, store, or process payment-card information. Google may collect transaction data necessary to complete and validate the purchase.

(c) Apple App Store / StoreKit — in-app purchase (iOS only, when applicable)
On iOS, in-app purchases are processed by Apple's StoreKit. Apple may collect transaction data necessary to complete and validate the purchase.
Apple privacy: apple.com/legal/privacy
(d) Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics — diagnostics and product analytics
The App uses Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (Google LLC) to help us understand how players use the App and to receive automatic reports when the App crashes. These services may collect: anonymous installation identifiers (Firebase installation ID), device model and OS version, app version, crash stack traces, screen-view and in-game event names (for example “level_started”, “ad_watched”), session length, and approximate (coarse) IP-derived region. This data does not include your name, email, exact location, or contacts. We use it solely to fix bugs and improve the game.

(e) Hosting
The web (HTML) version of this policy is hosted on the publisher's website at the URL above. Standard HTTP server access logs (IP, user agent, timestamp) may be recorded by the hosting provider.
4. Children's privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at the email above and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
In line with Google Play's Families and “Designed for Children” policies, the App is configured to request only non-personalised ads from AdMob when the user indicates they are a child or when required by law (for example COPPA in the United States and similar laws elsewhere).
5. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — ask what information is processed about you.
- Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate information.
- Erasure — ask us to delete information we hold.
- Object / restrict — object to certain processing or ask us to restrict it.
- Portability — receive a copy of your information in a portable format.
- Withdraw consent — where processing is based on consent.
European Economic Area, United Kingdom, Switzerland (GDPR / UK GDPR)
Our legal basis for processing is your consent (for personalised ads) and our legitimate interests (showing non-personalised ads to keep the App free, and operating in-app purchases). You can change your ad-personalisation choice any time via Options → Privacy in the App, when available.
California, United States (CCPA / CPRA)
We do not “sell” personal information in the everyday sense, but California law defines “sale” and “share” broadly to include some advertising activities. You may opt out of personalised advertising via the in-app consent screen, your device's “Limit Ad Tracking” / “Reset Advertising ID” setting, or by contacting us at the email above.
To exercise any of the rights above, contact us at 4fdev.company@gmail.com. We will respond within a reasonable period and within any deadlines required by applicable law.
6. Data retention
Local data on your device (section 1b) is retained until you uninstall the App or use “Reset Data” in Options. Data processed by third-party services (section 3) is retained according to those providers' own policies.
7. Security
We rely on the security practices of the operating system and the third-party services listed above. Because we do not collect personal information ourselves, the risk of a server-side breach involving your personal data caused by us is minimal. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. International transfers
The third-party providers we use (Google, Apple) are based in the United States and may process information in the United States and other countries. By using the App you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in jurisdictions whose data-protection laws may differ from those of your country.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Effective date” at the top will be updated when we do. Material changes will be reflected in a new version of the App and on the website URL above. Continued use of the App after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
